NCT 127 Spoils Fans With S.P.O.I.L.E.R.1.2.7

As part of the promotions leading up to their impending comeback, NCT 127 spoiled fans with a live broadcast event on August 24. In addition to their usual shenanigans, the members of the group shared information about their future activities and entertained fans for over an hour.  If you missed it, here’s a recap of some of the most important moments of “S.P.O.I.L.E.R.1.2.7”

Lemonade

Although a tracklist for NCT 127’s forthcoming album was revealed, not many details about its content are available. On “Spoiler Night,” Taeyong gave away information about one of the songs. While the other members seemed hesitant about attaching the adjective to it, Taeyong described “Lemonade” as “refreshing.” The track, dubbed a “couple song,” will be promoted alongside the main title of the album, STICKER. 

Taeyong : When you see it somehow, our couple song (the song they'll be performing along with title song) is refreshing, right?

With these hints, Taeyong raised expectations for “Lemonade,” a song that Mark picked as his favorite from NCT 127’s upcoming record.

Space Cowboys?

During one of the segments of the broadcast, NCT 127 played a relay drawing game. The guys drew together to offer fans a teaser of what their upcoming music video will look like. The result hinted at a “cowboy” concept and a green vehicle. Later on, Yuta openly mentioned that one of the sets of the music video was cowboy-themed, causing his fellow members to laugh nervously at the spoiler. https://twitter.com/nctdaoying/status/1430136901864869890

Through Thick And Thin

It is common knowledge that NCT 127 is a tight-knit group. During the V-LIVE transmission Doyoung proved their close bond by sharing a story on how Jaehyun has supported his personal endeavors. NCT 127 once again flaunted their ability to entertain and keep things fun. From casual banter to pure chaos, the nine members of the group never fail to bring a smile to fans’ faces. “Spoiler Night” was no different. Impromptu dancing, singing and lots of laughter filled the live stream.

NCTzens Won’t Catch a Break

Before ending the broadcast, Taeyong confirmed that NCT 127 has more surprises in store.  After the promotions of their third album, NCT 127 will be returning with a repackage album. Although back in June, Doyoung had already mentioned the news at the SM Congress 2021, fans were still delighted with the announcement. Additionally, Doyoung hinted at upcoming songs written and composed by Kenzie and Yoo Youngjin, further fueling the excitement among NCTzens. https://twitter.com/nctdaoying/status/1430141605361512453 NCT 127, who recently kicked off a new era with the announcement of their third full album, is set to make their comeback on September 17. The K-pop group has already set records with album pre-orders and made waves on social media with a college-inspired project.
